Alyse moved to Las Vegas in 1994 and has been here ever since. That is more than three decades watching the valley grow from a frontier town with one strip and one airport into a real-estate market that draws buyers from every state in the country. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2012 — fourteen-plus years of full-time practice across boom, bust, and the strangest of post-pandemic recoveries.
