Southern Highlands Country Club
Southwest LV luxury master-plan. Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf, guard-gated.
Southern Highlands Country Club is the established luxury master-plan in Southwest Las Vegas, developed by Olympia Companies starting in the late 1990s on a 2,400-acre parcel south of the 215 Beltway. The community is built around a private Robert Trent Jones Jr. signature golf course and operates with 24-hour guard gates. Southern Highlands represents one of the valley’s established golf-gate luxury communities, comparable in character to Anthem Country Club but with a different geographic position and a slightly different builder mix.
Architectural style trends Mediterranean and contemporary, with custom and semi-custom estates predominant. Builders included Olympia Companies and selected national luxury and custom firms working lot-by-lot. Home sizes range roughly 3,000 to 8,000+ square feet.
Lot sizes typically run 1/4 acre to over an acre. Master HOA fees are approximately $300-$450/month; country club membership is separate. Resale prices typically range $1M to $3M, with premier golf-fronting and view lots at the upper end.
